It is important that we stay in constant contact! I love working and sharing time with your kids! If there is anything I can do to help, or to help your student improve I am all ears! Please give me a call, text, or send me an email on anything I can service you on! If you need more information about anything please let me know! I will occasionally be sending out emails making sure everyone is okay with material I'll be covering in class! What's going on?
Advising appointments
There will be advisors visiting the class trying to help schedule classes for next year! I will not stop any of your students from taking the next advanced class! More learning the better!
Hands workshop
We will be doing a workshop in creative writing that gets the emotions flowing. I tell them to describe someones hands, and we write in a poetry workshop!
Teacher conferences
Teacher conferences are all the time as far as I'm concerned but if you want to stick to official dates, they start next week!

Grading
I am not a big fan of grades, I'll be brutally honest with this one. However, many parents and administrators love to see progress. Progress is all that matters to me, as long as I see growth as a person and as a student throughout the year I have no doubt your student will do fine! We do a number of assignments that aren't graded but we also have a number of assignments that are meant to challenge kids! If you ever have questions on where they stand, let me know!
